Pilates specifically targets the transversus abdomins which is the deepest layer of your abdominus which directly supports the spine Our Universal Reformer (bed w/springs) will allow the body to lengthen and strengthen while resisting against springs. The REFORMER is our most popular piece of equipment and is essentially cross training for the body.
