New to the Studio

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a brief registration form and if you need assistance in registering with us online.  Using our onliine system is an easy way to assure your spot in class and to receive your ideal  appointment time.

We provide Pilates & Yoga Mats, water,  and a serene environment to workout in. 

Packages and Scheduling

All packages and membership are created with expiration dates and are considered non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we offer a refund, there is a $50 processing fee.  The difference between the discounted price and regular price of any open packages or memberships would be deducted from the refund.  Please refer to our cancellation POLICY below for Equipment Sessions by appointment and our Group Mat Classes.

You can make an UNPAID reservation online for Group Classes.  Just click on "make UNPAID reservation" online.  No deposit is required for Group Classes.  However, we do require $80.00 deposit for an initial PRIVATE appointment to reserve a spot with your instructor.  

We require Reservations for all Private Sessions and Equipment Classes.  Reservations for Mat & Barre Classes are not required, but strongly recommended.  You may call, email, or sign up online for any class or session.

Polices for Appointments

All sessions by appointment require a reservation and can be arranged according to your day and time availability.  These sessions include any class with Equipment.

Cancellations for all Private, Semi-Private, and Equipment Classes must be made 24-Hours in advance to your appointment.

We are unable to offer refunds. 

Sessions are 55 minutes in length

Policies for Group Mat/Barre Classes

Reservations for Group Classes are highly recommended.  Walk-ins are welcome, however we recommend a reservation to assure your spot.  

To prevent injury, we ask that you arrive to your class on time for a proper warm-up.  Reserved spots that do not show may be given to standby students 5 minutes prior to class start time.

We have a 12 HOUR cancellation policy for all NON-Equipment GROUP Mat/Barre Classes.  We have a 24-Hour cancellation policy for All Equipment and Tower classes including private and semi private appointments.   

Reservations for GROUP MAT CLASSES may be cancelled online, or by calling (703) 639-0013 up to 12 HOURS before the class starts or you will be charged for that group class.

NO SHOWS will be charged for the class.  Unlimited Group Class Cards are activated upon first visit.  Group Class cards have an expiration date and are activated upon the day of purchase. 

Holders of Unlimited Group Class Cards will be charged $10 for late cancellations/no shows.

We are unable to offer refunds, or extend packages.

Please remove your shoes before entering the reception and workout areas.  

For Group Fitness Classes, please CARRY your sneakers in with you and leave your street shoes at the door.

Please turn off cell phones while in the studio.

Please show up on time to your class or session.

Please use your INSIDE STUDIO voice when Classes and Appointments are in session.

Inclement Weather Policy

Class and Session cancellations are updated on our voice-mail by 7:00 am.   Clients will also receive an email notice of their canceled appointment or group class. Please check our voicemail message or see the schedule on our website for updates.
